Organized Clutter

I am having more fun today with my $4.99, 51 piece,  ArtMinds home state stencils from  Michael's. As you can see, my home state is Minnesota!

Chances are you will receive one or two zucchini squash from your gardening friends or neighbors about now. I am not a spice cake fan, but I have a recipe from one of my coworkers for chocolate zucchini cake that is WONDERFUL !

I had family over to our house after church for Easter breakfast.  I served two different egg bakes, bran muffins and sliced fresh strawberries. The first egg bake I have been making for years: Breakfast Bake 1 pkg crescent rolls 1 pound bacon, cut, fried and drained 6 eggs 3/4 c. milk 2 tbsp. onion, finely chopped 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1/4 tsp oregano 1 c. shredded mild cheddar cheese 1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese Roll out crescent rolls in a 9x13 pan to cover bottom.  (I spray the pan with a cooking spray.)  Cover with bacon and cheddar cheese.  Mix eggs, milk, onion, salt, pepper and oregano.  Pour over top and cover with mozzarella cheese.  Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or longer.   Half the pan was gone before I remembered to take a photo!

I don't share many recipes on my blog, but this one is worth sharing.  Here in Minnesota, we love our wild rice in soups and hotdishes!  Hotdish is Minnesotan for casserole.  These meatballs are a favorite of mine for potlucks and company, and always get rave reviews.

I have made a sausage tortellini soup recipe twice now, based on a recipe I saw on Pinterest.   Here's the recipe I found on Pinterest from  Two Peas and Their Pod  blog.  It looks so delicious.
