Organized Clutter

If you haven't picked up the September 2023 issue of Country Sampler , maybe you should plan to pick it up!  I have five of my fall upcycled decor projects featured, and my blogging friends Sadie Seasongoods and House Of Hawthornes do as well.   

In January, I was contacted by email by a Wall Street Journal reporter.  To be honest, at first I thought it could be spam.  I called the phone number he had given me, and he was in fact a Wall Street Journal reporter. I had recently posted a washboard project on my blog, and apparently he had ran across it. He was in the process of writing a story on the last washboard company in America.  The story was posted both online and in the print version in late January. Although the final story did not include the photos I had emailed him, it did contain a couple paragraphs about me. So far, I have completed nine washboard projects for my blog.  Keep scrolling to see all nine here!

I am so excited to share my project feature in the latest issue of Flea Market Home & Living Magazine. This is the second time I have had a feature in this fun magazine.

  The new spring issue of Country Sampler Farmhouse Style magazine is now on newsstands, and I am pleased to announce that it contains one of my thrift shop makeovers! As always , the magazine features a lot of inspiration and projects from other blogger too.

This is the January 2022 issue of Country Sampler Magazine that will be available on newsstands on November 30th. I contributed seven project photos and instructions to the magazine, featured over four full pages! Woo hoo!

I am pleased to share with you that one of my blog's junk garden photos was shared in the Wildflower 2021 Issue, Volume 38, No. 1.   Wildflower is published biannually by the University of Texas at Austin Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center.  (wildflower.org)

The summer issue of Country Sampler Farmhouse Style Magazine is out on newsstands. I am excited to tell you that three of my junk garden photos were featured in this issue!

 On this Thanksgiving week, I am thankful for all of my blog followers.  I am so grateful that you all take the time to check out my blog posts, and/or   Pinterest , Instagram or Facebook page shares as well! I am also thankful for being featured, from time to time, in print and online magazines.  This week I have a Christmas rolling pin project in the current issue of Flea Market Decor Magazine .  I hope you pick up the magazine that also has features from my talented, vintage, blog friends Sadie Seasongoods , and Lora B .

 One of my recent projects is featured in the Country Sampler Farmhouse Style Magazine autumn issue! YAY!  I love seeing my ideas in print! The featured project is my flour sack, buffalo check stenciled kitchen valances!
