I picked up this burlap bulletin board at our local thrift shop recently.

I found a perfect use for it.

First I brushed on about 1 and a half coats of Dixie Belle Chalk Finish Paint in Putty.

I centered the stencil on my burlap bulletin board and swirled on the stencil using Fusion Mineral Paint in Ash.
