Rustic Outdoor Sawhorse Fall Display Sign

October 11, 2020
I love old weathered sawhorses.

I have two of them sitting in my gardens now, but I am going to use this one on my covered patio.

I love that all of Donna's stencils can be mixed and matched to create many different projects!

All pricing and shipping on the website is in Canadian funds, and will be converted to US funds.

*Old Sign Stencils has provided me with complimentary samples. All opinions about these fabulous stencils are my own.

I positioned the pumpkins stencil on the lower horizontal board.  The board was just slightly wider than the stencil letter height, but it worked.

I taped it on with blue painter's tape.

I scooped out a spoonful of Fusion Mineral Paint in Ash onto a non-coated paper plate.

I dipped my stencil brush into the paint and swirled and tapped until my brush was almost dry.

I then swirled my stencil brush on the stencil.

Here's the finished stenciling on the sawhorse front.

Next I positioned the 25 cents portion of the stencil on the side triangular boards.

I swirled the stencils on both ends.

I love it!

I don't have a pumpkin patch, but if I did, I would set this sawhorse in it and get some awesome photos!

Here is my covered patio fall display for 2020.

My buffalo checked ironing board was stenciled in a recent post HERE.

  1. Love the new hair! It's been a bit since I've been on here, so not sure how recent your new do was but it's great!
