Garage Sale Recipe Book Shelf

September 07, 2015
I purchased this shelf with drawers last June at a church rummage sale.

I gave it a couple of coats of Annie Sloan Chalk Paint in Pure White.

Then I decided I wanted a back in the shelf and added a scrap of bead board paneling.  I wet distressed the piece with a terry cloth rag and Dawn Dish Soap green scrubby.

I added a metal label tag with Picmonkey text printed on cardstock with the word "Vintage".

The shelf fits under the kitchen counter and holds recipe books and kitchen decor.
