More Stencil Projects

I am still busy with stencils and projects for my shop!
This is a paint and stencil makeover of a rummage sale breadboard.

How I Did It:
1.  I painted the breadboard with Annie Sloan Chalk Paint in French Linen.
2.  I stenciled on "Bistro" and "No 1" from my Decoart French word stencil.  The pointing finger is from the Andy Skinner French Stencil.
3.  I distressed with 220 grit sandpaper and waxed with clear wax from Decoart for Chalky Paint.
Project number 2 and How I Did It:
1.  I cut a pine board 8 1/2" x 16".
2. I painted it with a black latex base coat.
3.  I painted over the base coat with two coats of ASCP in Country Gray.
4.  I stenciled the on the Andy Skinner French Elements stencil 8 x 8 square with black acrylic craft paint.
5.  I distressed the board with 100 grit sandpaper on the edges and 220 on the middle.
6.  I waxed it with  Decoart Creme Wax.  Easy brush application!  Much easier than ASCP wax.
7.  I added a hook from Hobby Lobby and a sawtooth hanger on the back.

Flea Market Sign and How I Made It:
1.  I started with a pine board 9 1/2" x 24".
2.  I base coated it with a black latex paint.
3.  I painted over the base coat with two coats of Decoart Chalky Paint in Lace.
4.  I stenciled on the words and arrow with stencils from Funky Junk Interiors Old Sign Stencils.
5.  The arrow is from the Old Sign Stencils Get Away Collection.  I just extended the arrow.
6. I sanded the edges with 100 grit and the middle with 220 grit sandpaper.
7.  I brushed on Decoart Creme Wax.
8.  I added two sawtooth hangers to each corner.
