Junk Garden Vignettes in the Corner of the Deck

Garden Junk Framed Lobelia www.organizedclutter.net
The idea for the framed lobelia is from 2013.  In 2013, the frame hung in a old dying birch tree that was cut down in May of this year.

So this year the framed lobelia is hanging from the deck railing.

I love the messy, colorful mix of annuals planted here in galvanized buckets on a bench on the deck.  The red flowers are Nemesia.  Nemesia are quickly becoming one of my favorite annuals.  Also planted here yellow lantana, lobelia, bacopa and black eyed Susan vine.

I have picked up most of these old watering cans for a few dollars at estate sales.

I stenciled "Farmers Market" on the step to the deck using Fusion Mineral Paint in Ash and Funky Junk Interiors' Old Sign Stencils.  Stencils add fun to almost everything.  They are not just for signs!

Join me in a couple weeks for my 2015 garden tour!
