A Rustic Christmas Shadow Box

November 26, 2013
Last year I had just found four Santa mugs at the consignment shop, so I worked them into my shadow box display here.

A little bit kitchy and vintage!

This year, I chose to go a little more rustic.

Pendleton blanket-like tuck pillows, faux snow balls, jars with flameless candles and snow, and bottle brush trees in zinc lids fill this side of the shadow box.  The snowman is the same as last year.

This side has more bottle brush trees, a crock with faux berries, a vintage red Lady Dover iron, a thermos, and a skein of wool yarn.

This is the entire shadow box.

I put my sheet music bundles in the shutter and hung a small candle ring wreath from the top.
