Nostalgia Day 26: Vintage Baby Announcements

October 26, 2012
I have a lot of old family cards.

I have shared baby cards sent to my parents and I, when I was born.  Old valentines from my school days and some older valentines from my Grandma's family scrapbook.

These baby announcements are also family cards.

  6. Those cards are so cute! I love the little papoose one! I have my birth announcement somewhere at home. Times changed with my kids in the 70/80's and now my Grandson's is a photo announcement. Great job on this series. I know it's been a lot of work but I'm a huge fan!

    hugs, Linda

  7. I love them! I think it's funny though that some of my own cards my mom received, and the announcements look "vintage" now ;-)

  8. Love the cards! Why don't they make cards like that anymore? Or, am I being old-fashioned? LOL
