Setting a Breakfast Table to Crow About

August 09, 2012
This is the very first tablescape that I have posted to my blog.

This new find for $4 at the consignment shop will be part of the centerpiece.

Do you know what this is? It's made in Italy and is a vintage Progressus French Fry Cutter.

I am setting the table for a special breakfast.

My place settings will be Fiesta Scarlet dinner size plates and coffee mugs, Wexford pressed glass small goblets for juice, and white cloth napkins folded in a basic silverware pouch. My tablecloth is vintage, round and hand crocheted.

My centerpiece includes a set of vintage figural tomato salt and pepper shakers, two vintage rooster figurines, made in Japan, a Bromwell flour sifter with red wooden knob, the french fry cutter and a faux plant.

This is my round kitchen table set for breakfast for four!
